Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (sterile medical consumables), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is not as described

To request a refund, contact us at support@injectionsupplies.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original, sealed condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
