These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from Injection Supplies ("we", "us", "our") through our website at injectionsupplies.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
All products sold by Injection Supplies are general-purpose medical consumables including syringes, alcohol wipes, sharps containers, and related accessories. Our products are intended for personal use in accordance with their intended purpose.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor packaging variations may occur between batches.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
3. Shipping
We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Two shipping options are available:
- Standard Post (weight-based): from $9.70. Free on orders $149 and over.
- Express Post (weight-based): from $12.70. Always at cost — no free threshold.
Orders are typically dispatched same or next business day. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (sterile medical consumables), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
We will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not as described
To request a return or refund, contact us at support@injectionsupplies.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, sealed condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable after you've placed an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock.
7. Limitation of Liability
Injection Supplies does not provide medical advice. Our products are sold as general consumables and should be used in accordance with their instructions and your healthcare provider's guidance. We are not liable for any misuse of products purchased from our store.
