Shipping options
We offer two shipping services via Australia Post to all Australian addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Standard Post — weight-based rates

Express Post is available at cost. There is no free threshold for Express Post.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard Post:
Metropolitan areas: 3–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–7 business days
Express Post:
Metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
Regional areas: 2–4 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no external branding, product descriptions, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the package.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery at auspost.com.au.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
