Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate based on your total order weight (calculated at checkout):

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - Free Standard Parcel Post on orders over $149.00 AUD. Express Post is always paid (no free-shipping option), so customers in a hurry can still upgrade.
How fast will my order arrive?
We dispatch every order the same business day if you order before 2pm AEST, or the next business day after that. Standard Parcel Post is 3-5 business days. Express Post is 1-3 business days. Both delivery estimates are based on AusPost's domestic guidelines and are shown at checkout with your actual postcode.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes - we ship to PO Boxes via AusPost. We can't ship to PO Boxes via couriers, but everything we sell currently goes via AusPost.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - we currently ship within Australia only. We're working on international (NZ, UK, USA) for later in 2026.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
Unopened, unused products in original packaging: 30 days from delivery, customer covers return shipping. We refund the product price (not the original outbound shipping). For sterile items that have been opened we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. Faulty or wrong-product orders are always 100% covered by us - email us with photos and we'll replace or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage, keep the packaging, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund - we cover the cost.
Product selection
Which syringe size do I need for GLP-1 (semaglutide / tirzepatide)?
Most GLP-1 doses fit comfortably in our 0.5mL insulin syringe with 31G x 6mm ultra-fine needle. The smaller barrel gives better precision at low doses (under 0.5mL). For larger volumes or compounded mixtures over 0.5mL, choose the 1mL syringe with the same 31G x 6mm needle. Both use the same ultra-fine needle so injection comfort is identical.
Which syringe and needle do I need to reconstitute peptides?
You need two different items: a 10mL draw needle syringe with 18G needle for drawing bacteriostatic water from the vial, plus a small 0.5mL insulin syringe for the actual injection. The 18G needle is for drawing only - never inject with it.
How do I dispose of used syringes in Australia?
Used syringes must go in a rigid puncture-proof sharps container compliant with Australian Standard AS 4031. Our Sharpsafe range is certified for this purpose. When full, take the sealed container to a community sharps disposal point (council, pharmacy, hospital - call ahead to confirm). Never put loose sharps in household waste or recycling.
Bacteriostatic water
What is bacteriostatic water for?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol preservative. It's the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilised (powdered) peptides like semaglutide, BPC-157, and TB-500. The preservative prevents bacterial growth so the reconstituted vial stays usable for multiple doses over 28 days.
How do I store bacteriostatic water?
Store unopened vials at room temperature (15-30°C), out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within 28 days. After 28 days, discard remaining product.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 1-2 hours of placing it during business hours), email us straight away and we'll modify or cancel without charge. Once dispatched, we can't pull it back from AusPost - but you can return per our returns policy.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, contact us for wholesale enquiries. Bulk pricing is available on 5+ cartons of any single SKU.
